Chef Christian Russell
Chef Russell graduated with honors and multiple awards from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He has worked at a variety of esteemed restaurants across the country. Christian served as Chef de Cuisine at the Restaurant Espuma in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. During his tenure at Espuma the restaurant was voted the best up-scale restaurant in the state of Delaware. After his successes on the East Coast the CIA graduate decided to head west and accepted the position of Executive Sous Chef at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa, California. In Napa he also served as Executive Chef at the critically acclaimed Bayleaf Restaurant where he received the distinct honor and invitation to cook at the James Beard House in New York.
